Welcome to the Root Cause Analysis for Incident Investigation Course Series. This is a 1-day course providing a basic introduction to the root cause analysis system for incident investigation followed by a 2-day advanced course.

Leave with a basic understanding of the procedure for incident investigation using root cause analysis and an introductory understanding of appropriate preventive measures and corrective actions.
Root Cause Analysis for Incident Investigation Course Series: Attend the Basic one-day course and follow with the Advanced two-day course. The Basic and Advanced courses are scheduled back-to-back for participants to maximize focused training time with concurrent course offerings.
