As a Crane Consultant with extensive experience in enhancing safety and compliance, my expertise lies in process improvement and supervisory skills. The focus of my current role is on advancing crane safety measures and project planning to ensure the highest standards in the industry. 

With a solid background in reviewing crane operations, my approach integrates rigorous safety protocols for an effective team leadership. My dedication to excellence has led to conducting comprehensive safety reviews in investigation and prevention, I've contributed to creating safer work environments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 

My commitment is to the well-being of workers and the integrity of operations in the crane and rigging sector. I have been serving in the construction industry from 1974 to the present as a signalman, rigger, equipment operator, crane operator, and crane supervisor on small construction sites to the largest WA has experienced. From L&I compliance officer, crane compliance officer, crane compliance supervisor and currently an independent crane consultant for all crane industries. 

Now I am excited to continue that journey by serving as UW OSHA ‘s # 2055 Cranes in Construction instructor.
