Marathon Refinery

This training is designed to provide information on the new Washington state rule- WAC 296-67 Part B- to improve process safety management at petroleum refineries. The purpose of this training is to provide the “why” of the new rule and how to meet compliance.

Directions & info

Directions: Burlington to Marathon Anacortes Refinery - TERA Building Head West on Hwy 20. Drive 11.5 miles until you reach Marchs Point Rd. (Shell Refinery will be on right, golf course on corner). Turn Right on Marchs Point Rd and drive 2.1 miles to Marathon Refinery entrance. (You will pass a GATE 14 sign, then about a quarter mile on the right you will see the Marathon sign). Turn onto the property and drive until you see the first road to your left. This is the road to the TERA building. Phone 906-360-0030 if you need assistance. There is limited parking so we encourage participants to car pool.
