It ensures open communication, accurate data collection, effective control implementation, and a shared commitment to protecting worker health. Trust is critically important for industrial hygiene because it underpins the effectiveness of all workplace health and safety efforts. Dr. Breysse Cox will cover the basic foundational concepts of trust and decode why these are critical for industrial hygiene professionals.
Dr. Breysse Cox has over 25 years in transformational change technology projects with Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and health care. This includes leadership positions in IT, Operations, Customer Service, Product Management, and Marketing. Most recently she worked for the UW Facilities organization leading Business Intelligence initiatives to preserve the UW property and space legacies. Consistently recognized for excellence, she was chosen in 2008 as the recipient of Women in Technology International’s Leadership Award for leadership in support of women in IT. Molly has a PhD in Leadership and Change from Antioch University.
