Marisela’s passion for leadership was cultivated early in life on her family’s farm in California’s Sacramento Valley, where she learned the values of hard work, resilience, and community. Today, she co-manages that same farm alongside her mother, honoring her family’s legacy while applying modern business practices to sustain and grow their operations. This deep connection to her roots fuels her commitment to mentoring and providing guidance to Latino small business owners across the Puget Sound region—helping them navigate challenges, access resources, and build thriving enterprises. Her mission is to inspire the next generation of leaders to leverage their unique strengths, lead with courage, and drive meaningful impact in their organizations and communities.
