Career Transition into Workplace Safety
With a professional background rooted in Leadership and Operations, Avalon Hidell recently transitioned her career focus in 2023 to Workplace Safety.
Currently she serves as the Occupational Safety and Health Manager at PCC Community Markets in the Greater Seattle Area, where she leads initiatives to promote a safe and healthy work environment across the organization.
Experience in Our Program
Demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth, Avalon recently completed the Accelerating Leadership Course and is actively pursuing the General Industry Safety & Health Leadership Certificate through the University of Washington’s Occupational Safety and Health Education (OSCHE) program.
In her own words,"I just started the program, and it's already sparked some really interesting lessons and conversations. I'm excited to see what other insights and connections the rest of the program has to offer."
