Young workers are the future of our workforce, and protecting their

health and safety today lays the foundation for a stronger, more

responsible tomorrow. Inexperience and lack of training puts them at risk, but with the right guidance, education, and workplace protections,

we can change that. Let’s take action now to ensure every young worker starts their career with confidence, support, and a safe environment.

Their future depends on it, and so does ours.

Two major initiatives, a regional collaboration led by the University of Washington and a new Oregon CTE Safety Systems website, are expanding vital resources and partnerships to enhance young worker safety education across the Pacific Northwest.
