In Brad's own words:
I have been serving in the construction industry from 1974 to the present as a signalman, rigger, equipment operator, crane operator, and crane supervisor on small construction sites to the largest WA has experienced. From L&I compliance officer, crane compliance officer, crane compliance supervisor and currently an independent crane consultant for all crane industries.
Now I am excited to continue that journey by serving as UW OSHA ‘s # 2055 Cranes in Construction instructor.

Psychological Capital & Effective Emotions in the Workplace
