Mr. Carpenter has been an instructor for a variety of safety, health & environmental courses at the University of Washington Region X Department of Environmental
and Occupational Health Sciences
for over 20 years. He is also an instructor for many associations and organizations throughout the Greater Puget Sound Region, making it his goal to deliver the
highest quality of training.

When asked what inspired him to teach health and safety, Rhett shared:
"My parents were both well known, stand out teachers, as well as successful coaches for their entire career. Since childhood, I was able to observe them in action and see many people that they positively impacted along the way."
|
Taylor is from Nampa, Idaho, and has spent her career developing and implementing Safety and Health programs in accordance with OSHA, providing training, site audits, and hazard assessments and abatement. She is a dually authorized 500/501 trainer and Construction Safety and Health Specialist, and has recently opened Bowman Safety Consulting LLC.

When asked what she has gained from this program, Taylor shared:
"In 2022 I became a dually authorized 500 and 501 outreach trainer, and finally achieved a Construction Safety and Health Specialist certificate in 2023. The institute has unmatched instructors who are eager to share their knowledge at multiple levels, in class and outside in day to day life."
